Oh I see why the knots were there now...its beautiful with the beads and buttons.
I love anything to do with French design/lifestyle etc wonderful place and culture.
I will do as you say and practise with rats tail...show you how it works out for me.
I just adore the colours too you use within your work...they are my likes Antique/shabby chic etc. Really rich looking work and full of texture beautiful.
Myself I do try out loads of crafts..now making a 100% wool/felt flower necklace with beads of course :O) I will post a photo soon.

I love the way you use the Rats tail cords within your work. I too have rats tail cords as I use them with my Marudai Loom weaving with beads. But I am wondering if you can give me any tips how to knot etc within our work..I do all sorts of crafts but am thinking to use within a crazy quilt block i am working on at the moment.
