Well it may be slow going but I have the first 10 yoyo's stitched with 76 more waiting on the stack.  Thanks to Elaine Wilding's comment about using buttonhole thread, pulling the gathers was much easier and I haven't snapped one thread.

I am finding it just a calming to stitch these as it was when I cut them out and since I am not in a rush to get them done I can stitch them between projects.  Speaking of which I finished my loopy bath mitt I began a few weeks ago, I wanted to venture away from scarves and I found the pattern on Ravelry and gave it a try.

I won't even tell you how many starts and frogging I did before finally finishing it.  The pattern is here:

Don't look too close you may spot a wobbly stitch.
