Felting Experiments

I uploaded 4 photos of two squares I did today. They were experiments, so I didn't really have any plan what to do with them. I want to do something with them, eventually, though.



I like the feel of them. They are like soft, well worn fabrics -- comforting. Oddly the smaller one, with the same fabrics and no pellon, feels thicker than the larger one. I don't know, but I think it's because it's more felted than the larger one.

New Needle Lace Pages in my Website

I just added some new needle lace pages to my website. They consist of very basic information -- stitch diagrams for some of the most basic stitches -- and 3 free patterns which would work as samplers. There are also diagrams for laying the cordonnet (outline threads). NEEDLELACE STITCHES FREE PATTERNS
