"re thinking on this: how many shafts do you have? if you have 8 or more you could do a 5  or a 6 end  satin and use the extra  2 shafts for selvedge. with 16 shafts you could do 8 end satins."

"embarrassingly late on this you could try rosepath or gooseeye.  depending on the stitching it could work "

When my friend Dianne saw it she said when I am old and gnarly and cant hold a needle I can still :sew" with these stitch brushes. I love the "lace ones" as well. I want to try to do more purpose basedl designs that I can translate into embroidery now
