What textiles are you interested in?: feltmaking, dressmaking, dyeing, embroidery, patchwork

Is there anything else you'd like other members of Stitchin' Fingers to know about you? Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.: I used to do dressmaking for years. I did some patchwork and embroidery. I still love all of this but after I have discovered feltmaking I think I have found my medium I am most comfortable and happy to work with. So at the moment I work mainly with wool and I dye it too, using natural dyes as well as acid dyes.
I like to explore colour, texture and shape in felt. I love to work with all kinds of fibres, from the finest cashmere and merino to the coarse Scottish Blackface or Welsh wool.
I like to recycle too. I like to make things which can be used, either wearables or in interior. I am just so thankful for having two healthy eyes and hands which allow me to create!
