Housework? Who does housework? No, no, no, I gave that up years ago. An occasional blitz if I am expecting guests is all the housework I do these days and I still don't have enough stitching time. Cooking and eating are the next to go, that takes up far too much time ;-)

hai Jennifer.
Just today I have asked my boss (I don't know if that is the right word) if I can get vacation im march nex year.
If that is possible than, if there is place in the hotel, than I shall wright magaret if there is a place for a phase two student.
And yes I have stitch a little bit more. But I think it is still very difficult
The book that I bought is in Japanese, so I hope that I can understand the techniek and the description, otherwise I have to use my imagination. (there I have a lot of )
And you, have you stitch a bit more on your work? Can you place a picture of your work?? I'm going to try to place a picture of my "work"I know it is not perfect, but I like to dot it!!

Hi Jennifer, welcome to Stitchin Fingers. I am also learning Japanese Embroidery. I am currently on Phase V. I am learning Japanese bead embroidery as well and have just begun Phase III. If you find out how to get more hours in the day, please let me know. I'm in need of some so I can spend more time stitching.

I had also removed my chopsicks, and now I have replaced them. And yes, I have stitich a little bit today, although I have to say that I find it very scary!!In the classroom you have somebody how can help you, but now I am alone!
And now I have to make a cord, and the first time I dit it wrong, so I have removed that threat, and now I have to do it again. And I find it very difficult.
But tomorrow a new day, and I'm going to try it again.
