Hi Gill, spinning great - have been teaching a friend to spin and her sister owns an alpacca farm! However, have now discovered the joys of felting! So I do a lot of felting - sometimes I spin the wool, knit it into a bag and then felt it and sometimes I just use the wool and felt. Alpacca felts easily and takes very little agitation! Love it!

So pleased she arrived safely: that has made my day: I wish I had more time...but I am sure I will do more felting soon! Thank you for organising the swap: I shall be looking out for more challenges!

Hi Gill, the magazines arrived today. Thanks a lot, I can't wait to get started. My daughter has asked me to make her a quilted runner to go along the centre of the dining table on Christmas day. Cheeky girl has also chosen the fabrics which she wants from the mill shop so I guess I'd better get started.

Hi Gill, Are those your daughters wedding photo's? I love the quilted bags that the bridesmaids are carrying. Let me know if you are thinking of going to Harrogate, I quite fancy it myself too. I'll email you my address and take you up on your kind offer of the quilting mags. Thanks so much
