All kind of embroidery but cross stitch. And I LOVE linen!
Now I am interested in quilting but I still know nothing at all about it
What's your favorite type of needlework?
At home through websites and books.
Last November I attended my first workshop about Guimaraes Embroidery and loved it. Next March I'll attende the second one.
Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.
I'm Portuguese living in Porto.
My name is Méri and avó means grandmother in Portuguese. At blogland I sign and am known as "avó méri".
I'm the happy grand mother of the three most beautiful girls in the world ;)
I've started playing with needles and threads in 2005 when an illness kept me off my all life work.

Avomeri

Your explanation os the hydrangeas is very clear.  What a good idea.  They come out very realistic.
