I agree with you Annie, I do love it all too, just been inspired by paper at the moment. If you could send the pic as an email attachment that would be great. Thanks
Hey Annie, isn't this just so nice from messing about with paper, I worked with paper for the past 20 years and I find I can be so much more creative with needles and material.
oh i am so pleased, was getting worried about it not getting to you
Would you mind taking a photo of it please, I somehow managed to delete all mine off the camera! How stupid is that?
Glad you enjoyed her.

Hi Annie,
Hopefully you will get your doll today, so i thought I had better tell you a bit about it seeing as I forgot to put the card in the envelope.
I was inspired by medieval ladies, and also Star Wars (Queen Amidala), I read lots of historical novels and I am always fascinated by the descriptions of clothing and head dresses. Also the material I used is figured with a typical medieval flower Heartsease ( pansy/viola). I didn't give her a name, but i am sure one will come to you. "Rita"is happy and making friends with my male dotee. Hope you enjoy your new doll.

Annie, finally managed to post your doll, sorry it took a while. I developed an eye infection and couldn't see to sew the rest of the beads round the head. Anyway all better now, and hopefully you should see your doll very soon. Was in such a rush to get it in the post this afternoon, I left the card on my desk instead of putting it in the parcel - sorry.

He hee...hi there Annie!
Thanks for the warm welcome :) So glad your enjoying making Dotee dolls - they are very addictive aren't they? Would love to so a one on one trade with you. You do gorgeous work!
Coming from paper-arts I've recently started to take my first (baby!) steps in textiles. It's all quite new to me, but I find it hard to choose because I just love it all...;-)

Your Dotee Dolls are great. I like the colors and embellishments you've used.
