Hi Vaila.

Thank you for being my friend. When I first saw a piece of hardanger it was

love at first sight  so I joined a small group of ladies to learn how to do it. Well  what an

adventure that turned out to be. We all were all concentrating to get it right that we all cheered when the first step of getting  it to meet, no missed stitches was achieved, only to be told that the next step was to cut threads , we all nearly past out. Our hands shaked and one by one we achieved the holes. From then on we became fearless.

When you  finish a piece of hardanger no matter how large or small it is a wonderfull journey. So let me encourage you to give it ago .

                 your friend  kay
