Where did you learn your textile skills?

From my Mother and Aunt, as a child.

I love to create beautiful one-of-a-kind treasures incorporating time-worn linens and laces. I enjoy creating in shades of creams and whites, where texture replaces color as the focus. I do however sometimes incorporate faint shades of color for visual interest. My most sincere desire is to create something that brings you pleasure in some small way.
