I am primarily a needleworker (needlepoint, surface embroidery and ribbon) but love fibers of any description.
Where did you learn your textle skills?
I started stitching at about 12 years of age and have taken many needlework, weaving, spinning, quilting and dyeing classes over the years....in many parts of the country.
Hi Terry! Your work is amazing and I had great fun looking at all the gorgeous designs and finished projects on your blog. I love your bargello pieces and how you have combined bargello with other types of embroidery--very inspiring.

Hi Terry, I'm going to have to take some time and travel through your blog when I get the minute. Your needlepoint is fresh and fun and lively and I love it. I needlepoint sometimes but mostly do crazy quilt and surface embroidery.
I see you live in San Francisco. I'm heading out there at the end of June to swim the Alcatraz swim across the San Francisco bay. I'm wondering if you have any "must see" needlework/fabric/notions stores that you could recommend?
HI Terry I have been reading your blog and I wondered what sort of software you are using to chart the Canvas stitch designs? I use Illustrator for all my design work ... so I was wondering
I know you posted this last year, but I'm new to the site and looking back to see what I missed. This is quite wonderful and I'm glad to have found it even though in's in the 500's
