Is there any interest at all about forming a group focused on tatting? If there is (and I'm really not sure because it is rather a dying art) I will ask Mary for permission to start one.Continue

- What textiles are you interested in?
- cross stitch, surface embroidery, quilting, crewel, tatting, plus all the others!
- Where did you learn your textile skills?
- I learned from my Grandma, she could do everything. She was a professional seamstress. She was my Mother's Mother. Her Father taught her how to knit and he was from Germany, so I knit continental style.
- Is there anything else you'd like other members of Stitchin' Fingers to know about you? Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.
- I love Mary Corbett's blog; I read it practically every day, which is how I found out about this place. Her Medallion Project inspired me to get more into embroidery; I've been living in the quilting world for many years now.
