HI Sue,
I reall enjoyed the show .There are a lot of work shops and stalls related to needlework and crafts.I onl had one day and I felt I have not seen it all. I will stay 2days to see more next time. I visited Midori's secion, she is one of UK's embroidey tutors.
Have you met he? She displayed an embroidered Kimono with a Christmas theme.
I found some silk braided threads, which I have been looking for but they did not have black so I ordered it by phone today.I will be able to do my beadwork necklace soon which you took a photo at the Manchester show . Stitching show give us a lot of ideas . Take care Michiko
Congratulations! It feels good to finish doesn't it. I think you have stitched this beautifully. You seem to have the wind in your sails. I think I may be playing catch up on Phase III before long :-)
Hi Sue,
good to hear from you! I finished my embroidery. Tomorrow I will take pictures and take it of the frame. I will put a picture on the site, so you can give your comment.
I found it a bit scary to take it of the frame, do all the things before. I hope it will work out well.
How are your camelia's going?

Hello Sue, Very pleased to meet the 'gang' although some missing faces, hopefully next March. VF finished all but three gold petals to go.
I'm still on the 'royal visit' now at my daughter's in Sandhurst until Wednesday then home. Not so sure about Karahana, keeping the threads close together is not easy. Catch you later.
