- What aspect of textiles are you interested in?
- Sewing, mainly - dressmaking, quilting, embroidery.
Knitting and crochet.
Creative textiles is a new interest
- Where did you learn your textle skills?
- Knitting I learned as a young child from my Late Gran and Late Mother; sewing from years of attending a local dressmaking/sewing class in my mid 30's and the creative side and crochet, more recently, through a local tutor at a local college.
Loads of inbetweens - and the icing on the cake! - I learned through the interaction with my cyber-pals across the world!
- Anything else you want to say to introduce yourself to the group??
- Married with two teenage lads, a pair of cats; I work part time too.
