Sherry, I love your blanket. I have done a couple of Jan Kerton's wool blankets and have also done one on fleece as well. It was for a new mom that I knew would not want to hand wash a blanket. But it turned out very cute.

Joy...I found the only way for me to get it onto the fleece, was to use an air erasable marker. I just look at the original pattern and hand draw whatever segment of the design I'm working on......and can finish in a couple hours or I have to keep...

I'm not sure how many of you have embroidered on fleece. I never had before, but I'm allergic to wool and wanted to make an adorable baby blanket that I found in the Australian magazine "Embroidery and Cross Stitch. I've found a very good quality ...

Sherry,
I like the new picture. I need to find a better one for my page. I take lots of pictures but I am not usually in them. I am so enjoying this "community". Once again, glad you told me about it. I have been unpacking some boxes and made an awesome find - a box full of vintage trims that my brother gave me during the time we were building our house. I had forgotten all about it. You will have to visit and share in the bounty. Lots of great stuff for crazy quilting. I have started the 100 in 200 days project and hope I can keep up. Did you say that you had already done this? The talent of some of the women on this site is phenomenal!!!
Are you enjoying the duck weather? Just a little damp, isn't it? And the mosquitos are just a little too big and way too many!!!
