- needle work, sewing, crocheting
- Where did you learn your textile skills?
- My mother was skilled in sewing and was very creative. My daughters are self taught and I admire their work.. I'm poor at following written patterns...almost need hands on directions...

- I love to look at handmade items...admire the creativity, beauty, and know that this work connects us to women (mostly) of years past...I like to make sentimental items for family members and usually those are the items I work on...
