Thanks for your comment Renee. Yes ,it is fun to make those fabric books. They are easy to go with you when traveling and easy to touch for the ones who have an interest in a look. Wall-hangings are more in the distance :)

Thank you for your kind comments. I wish I did have time to take Sharon's class but university classes have started again and I'm not supposed to be sewing... still, I can sneak bits in and this was one of those. It's great for when you're tired and need to stitch to relax, very free flowing. I found the instructions here:

Hi Rene, I just uploaded detail photos of the Baroque Necklace. Some of the materials I don´t even know the name but the rest is quit clear to understand. Hope you like it. Paul

Rene,
It is very hard to know when to stop making pages. With my first, and so far only book, it was because I ran out of scraps of wadding to use!

Lovely to see all the pages of your book. It is a very nice volume. I have page contents for a couple more, so must cut out pages and start getting the bits stitched on and trimmed.

I´m uploading now details of Corne de Lábondance. Check them out please. I don´t know some of the names in English of techniques or materials but I´ll try to explain the best I can if pics are not clear enough. Have a great day! :), Paul

Hello Rene,
I´ll soon make close up photos of the baroque necklace so it will be easier to understand the techniques which are quit simple. I´ll let you know when it´s done. Have a great day!, Paul

Thank you for your kind comment on my pulled thread. It naturally lends itself to geometric designs. And I think, if the geometry is complex enough, it is interesting. I still want to make it more complex.
