Paul,
Lovely design and stitching.
I see you use the prick and pounce method to transfer your designs. I have used it too but it is laborious. It seems like it never works for me on the first dusting either. (sigh)

Hi Paul,
First, thanks to be my friend!
For the small leaves on poinsettia, they are padded with 2 layers of felt and then worked with red bright check purls.
I love Goldwork but I appreciate to work also with colors and mix technics. Silver and gold can sometimes be limiting...
Thanks Paul Phil. I was in Quebec, after, (and now also) a house full, full.
Il fait TRES chaud ici, on reste dans la piscine, autour de la piscine.........................amitiés

Beautiful work, I love any embroidery that can be shown to its full potential through Fashion. I have recently visited Ronda in Spain and went to the Bullring Museum. The Matador costumes were fantastic.
Oh paul absolutely gorgeos so yummy and you are right about keeping textiles and craftsmanship alive I have so enjoyed seeing your work, they have given me inspiration for future ideas with all my junk of threads, beads, fabrics from car boot sales and treasure finds,,, marvellous.... youve made me smile

thanks for the comment on my embroidery. today, I made a couple of contour drawings which I am trying to develop for embroidery. I can use chain stitches, beads, couched goldwork, etc, as long as the stitch is making a line. I will pose a picture of the drawings as soon as I can.
