How do you get your (non ning) blog to automatically update on stitchin fingers?

Profile Information

What textiles are you interested in?: Textile art including painting, printing, fusing (synthetics and natural fibres), pattern making, heat techniques, new materials.

Where did you learn your textile skills?: I started by going along to classes at the AQC one year as a present from my mum and have continued to find out more through textile based yahoo groups, meeting and sewing with other quilters and textile artists, classes and workshops whenever I see any that appeal and scouring the web for useful tutorials and videos.

Is there anything else you'd like other members of Stitchin' Fingers to know about you? Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.: I've been doing textile work now for about 4 years and have found it a great medium to add to my existing artwork. My background is in graphic design and fine art so i've veered more towards mixed media and raw edge techniques. I'm just starting to to more piecing with traditional cottons and love coming up with original designs.

Yes, you can add friends here, and can send private messages to friends, and I am on Facebook, but only to see the family baby photos and our 'Kid in Canberra' ....... don't feel comfortable there at all!

I am primarily a quilter, but I can look and learn about all the other ways to use textiles here. Keeping up with the photos is almost a full time job though!
