Yes Jane, I did quit my job, with the intetion of finding a new one. My friend that set up my blog for me named it right after I quit. Unfortunately, that was just when our economy tanked and I was lucky enough to get offered a consulting position at the same company. I usually work about 2 days a week, and have the other 5 days to sew. I love it and fell very lucky. Once the job situation in the US gets a little better I will probably look for a full time position.

I Nancy have you given up a day job to quilt? I have to work part-time at the moment so really appreciate my days in the studio. IT was great to see your blog because it's says what most quilters and artists want to do.
