Thank you Shell. This book (my only book so far) became very personal as the challange each month brought me thoughts and memories that I am so pleased to be able to share with my family. It was a joy to work on, even if I thought it would NEVER get done. If you're interested, the individual pages are at www.flickr.com/photos/stitchintime . I had great fun looking at your blog and your innovative work. So delicate and feminine.
Michelle thanks for your comment about my fairy; it's the second and the pattern was a translation of a drawing taken on google images...........I am a visitor of your lovely and interesting blog.
Bye!

Michelle, thank you for your comment on my little house. It takes me a while to get back on site, I have dial up and it is a pain in the neck. So I don't check sites quicker. I am now headed to you blog. Have a good day, Rene
I love quilting and collecting different textiles. I have been exploring a more simplified crazy quilt style such as Jude's of Spirit Cloth. My style has evolved over the years and still keeps changing. I love sharing and learning from others.
Where did you learn your textle skills?
In Virginia Beach, VA when I was 21. It took my first quilting class. I'm now 40 and still in love with textiles.
Anything else you want to say to introduce yourself to the group??
I'm here for fun and fellowship regarding textiles.
