Profile Information
- What aspect of textiles are you interested in?
- Everything -- quilting, cross stitch, surface design, beading, cloth dolls, needle felting. The better question might be what am I not interested in.
- Where did you learn your textle skills?
- I don't think I answered this correctly, as I thought Sharon meant where (as in country). So I should have said my mother taught me to cross stitch when I was a girl and I've always liked crafts. After a job change I needed an outlet and found quilting. It's been downhill ever since.
- Anything else you want to say to introduce yourself to the group??
- I am a SAHM whose husbands travels extensively and without my "things" I would go insane. I've never met a fiber or a fabric I didn't like.

I looked at your blog and saw that cool treadle machine. Would you believe that I am old enough that I remember using those machines when I took Home Economics (what a phrase!) in Junior High. A regular trip down memory lane.
