How this works

Bonjour Margaret, Your message is veritably kind and enthusiast. I keep it for the days of doubt, these days that all of us we know .
Sometimes, it’s true we are in more tight link with somebody’s work. In fact, in St. fingers, I am always happy to see the variety, the beauty of the others’s work and ideas. So many time is used for create these worlds! This is amazing and precious.
I am happy if I give you some ideas, but mine are come from others, nurtured by the time, the reading of books. The effect of butterfly: when something is taking the flight in America, very often, in the same time, the same thing is borning in France or everywhere.
Thanks for yor angels in ribbon, you have your own style; I love their movement and life.
In French: vous êtes adorable, madame!

Margaret,
I usually start with a theme or rather a story, and then look for bits and pieces I have collected which fit the theme. Of course, the theme is usually something that has inspired me anyway! Sort of 'which comes first, the chicken or the egg?'
I want to mix up paper, textiles and threads more, still using any sort of embellishment which fits the theme. I hope to have enough done so that the great nieces and nephews get one each for Christmas this year, most of them instruction books for simple craft projects. The youngest will be just 18months, so that could be a challenge!
