Some from my mother (embroidery, knitting); some from friends and in classes (quilting, art quilting, spinning, dyeing); some at school (sewing).
Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.
I am a fledgling fibre artist living in a hamlet in Central Alberta, with my very large cat. I have two wonderful grown children; the closest is 1 1/2 hours away. My work has been informed by my past and is being re-formed by my present as a widow and person of faith living in quiet, natural rural surroundings.

Don't you worry Margaret, I think a lot of people are behind, life is so hectic these days and something is always there to interrupt your plan. As long as you keep progressing and enjoying your work, that's what matters. Happy stitching.

Margaret, your crazy quilt blocks are lovely, I haven't even started mine yet, too many other projects on the go. Good for you doing TAST as well.
