- What aspect of textiles are you interested in?
- I Love all aspects of textiles from quiltmaking(bed size as well as miniatures done to scale) fibre arts, dolls, and anything to do with fabric , fibre and beads.
- Where did you learn your textle skills?
- I have taken many workshops with well know textile artists.I also learn by reading(,I have an extensive library )and doing and surfing the web for tutorials... Some very inspiring stuff floating around
- Anything else you want to say to introduce yourself to the group??
- I would rather be in my studio working with all my "stuff" around me, than anywhere else in the world! I LOVE creating,
I am also nocturnal and enjoy working in the wee hours of the morning.

Thank you so much for your lovely comments. It's not Japanese embroidery
( I wish! that's incredible, wish I had the patience to do it!) it's kind of padded/raised work ( I stuff out bits with felt and perle cotton to build up the shapes). I really want to try proper stumpwork - like yours! Hoping to pick up a few tips!

We are having a heat wave here 40 degrees to hot to do anything I'd rather the cold at least you can get warm but you can't get cold the humidity is terrible where hoping for a southerly this afternoon late
