Thanks for the kind words on my page about my elf cloth doll. I just followed the pattern directions with this one, LOL. I've tried a few other types, notably a hanging fairy doll which looked decidedly like a drag queen (not that there's anything wrong with that, LOL) The recipient said it reminded him of his good friend "Judith" and it really DID!! I think I need some more practise. Erica Portelli (another member of cloth dolls group) suggests making some spare faces and practising your technique, so I think I will definitely do that !!
