What aspect of textiles are you interested in?
I have mostly been a traditional quilter and made bags, etc, but am becoming more interested in textile surface art techniques.

Hello, Thanks for your comments about my blanket. I do love the photos I am seeing of your own work. Such a fascinating range.

Thanks for the kind words on my page about my elf cloth doll. I just followed the pattern directions with this one, LOL. I've tried a few other types, notably a hanging fairy doll which looked decidedly like a drag queen (not that there's anything wrong with that, LOL) The recipient said it reminded him of his good friend "Judith" and it really DID!! I think I need some more practise. Erica Portelli (another member of cloth dolls group) suggests making some spare faces and practising your technique, so I think I will definitely do that !!
Hooroo,
Christine

Thank you! That's a very nice compliment. Sorry you won't be around much for the summer. I may be in a similar boat. I seem to be working on overload and I need to get ready for a show. :)
