Thanks for responding, Lou Anne. It was a shock to me, as I had done round robins with Dee through the European round robin group, and I thought I would finally get to meet her. she was only just telling us about meeting up a few days before.

LouAnne, regarding Redwork, I have a question. Is formal (traditional) redwork just red stitching on white? Will this group include more recent techniques, like (in your picture) innovative piecing? And is redwork limited to stitching, or can it include red SRE or BDE?? In other words, can Redwork be interpreted as Red Crazy Quilting (if desired), or is there a more strict definition??
