Is it Only Creative if You Create It?

Hi everyone.  I've been reading this blog religiously for a very long time (I hope that doesn't make me an "eavesdropper"), and I am overwhelmed by the talent and beauty I see here.I have stitched my whole life--mostly free embroidery and crewel, but other forms, too.  However, I have never created designs myself.  I use only other people's designs and charts, because I know I don't possess the talent to bring a vague idea into being as a beautifully executed design.When I see work like that…See More
