Under the Sea

I have a bunch of Susan B charms that are sea themed, crab, seahorse, seafish, dolphins and fish, which I have never used and had no idea what to use them on. While sorting through my stash I came across a deep blue piece of dupion silk and had an Aha! moment. Why don't I make an undersea panel to show off these charms.I have the silk hanging up in the futile hope the creases from its folding will drop out.
