Profile Information

What textiles are you interested in?
Embroidery, crazy-quilting, sewing, cross-stitch...
Where did you learn your textile skills?
I learned crocheting from my grandmother and some things about sewing from my mom which was a seamstress.
Knitting and some easy embroidery stitches were showed to us in school but I never payed much attention to embroidery before I get access to the internet.
Seeing all the beautiful things other people do, I enjoy exploring other textile aspects.

Liebe Kirsten,

Hello Kirsten! Thank you for the very nice compliment, I do have fun with my "kids" as I call them. I have some for different times of the year like a golf one and some for the holidays. Your home must be so beautiful with all of your wonderful pieces!

Thank you... I've been thinking about making some dolls for a while, making the faces is such a challenge isn't it? Your dolls have lovely serene faces.
