I'm not sure if I posted this correctly or not....so I'll try again.
I want to invite any and all US stitchers/sewers/creative people to take the Amy Butler Spanky Name Badge Challenge hosted by me at www.IHaveANotion.blogspot.com
Please stop by...
I'd be interested. Please keep in mind this would be my first swap in for the fabric postcards. I'm new...creative and interested so it won't be ho-hum....but I am a newbie.

I have the Ultra Punch and the Super Luxo needles. I think you will get the hang of it. You can also check your library to see if they have the Punchneedle DVD by Charlotte Dudney. I have it and I really like it. As a matter of fact I liked it so ...
Thanks Judy for the welcome. I think I'm learning how this forum works. It is different from the Yahoo groups. I'm of the age that when something is different...it takes me a bit of time to adjust...guess that is over the hill :)

Hi Mary Ann,
If your loops are coming out there could be a few problems. Are you holding your needle with the beveled edge going in the same direction that you are punching? Could you be catching your upper thread on your finger or frame so it do...
Hi Kelly, no, you're not wet behind the ears, LOL! It took me a while to figure out what is happening on Stitchin Fingers, there are so many avenues to explore.
If you read through the early discussions on the ATC Group site, you will find lots of information about them. Basically, they are mini fabric postcards, the size of a playing card. On the back you put your name, email address, date, or any other information you like.
I've taken your name off the list for June, but keep an eye out for the Discussion titled July ATC Exchange, and that is when you can sign up for next month's swap.
Hi Kelly,
I'm glad to see a new name popping up on the list of participants for our exchanges! But I need to ask you about the comment you left on the ATC Exchange discussion - you said it would be your first postcard. Are you aware that this is an ATC exchange, not a fabric postcard exchange? I'll add your name to the list anyway, but just wanted to make sure you know what size to make your swap.
