"They're just painted on fabric and I did free motion quilting. Tonight I added the words "I've tried to dye my hair red three times." Ya know, it never works well w/ my black hair. hee!"

Profile Information

What textiles are you interested in?
embroidery, quilting, felting, sewing, and hoping to learn more. I'd love to give tatting a try this year and spinning yarn...my learning "wish list" could fill this box.
Where did you learn your textile skills?
I should have been learning from my Mom all along but didn't get into all this wonderful stuff until the last few years. I have pretty much been learning as I go. Taking classes here and there and learning from friends, and my Mom too now.
Is there anything else you'd like other members of Stitchin' Fingers to know about you? Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.
I am so happy to have found this group, and hope to join in sharing art work and projects with all the amazing, creative folks I have seen!
