Hi Jonni--I visited your blog and website. Just great! I really enjoyed seeing your beautifully finished projects--they are amazing. And, your craft room is quite wonderful--I picked up some ideas for storing fabrics, threads, beads--so simple yet so effective. Thank you for sharing your space.

Thanks for your kind words about my tutorial. Yes you may link to it. I've tried to keep it simple, but there are so many pulled thread stitches. Some of the most striking are actually very difficult to count the first time through, and I didn't include them because I was afraid they would turn people off. So now I am worrying that the simplicity in this tutorial may turn people off because it is not visually exciting enough. With all this mental "chewing on my fingernails" it's a wonder I have any fingers left. I will be really really happy if somebody actually uses the tutorial.

I just spent some time wandering through smugmug and very much enjoyed seeing your work. You've found some interesting and unusual cross stitch patterns.

I've set up a blog on my stitchinfingers page, and have recreated this tutorial there. All the photos and diagrams will pop up immediately when you look at each section, and you won't have to click on each graphic separately. I think it will be easier to use. It is 4:46pm in Chicago on Jan 27. By 7pm local time, the whole thing will be up.
