I began cross-stitch 29 years ago aged 11. I haven't done any stitching in the past 10 years but am now starting to experiment in needle felting, freehand embroidery and canvas work, mixed media etc. I'm enjoying making textile ATCs at the moment.
Where did you learn your textile skills?
My headmaster's wife taught me cross-stitch when I was 11.
Is there anything else you'd like other members of Stitchin' Fingers to know about you? Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.
I'm looking forward to being a part of this community and getting to know like-minded people.
Hello Jo,
Thank you for the comment about the ATC for Lorna, I really enjoyedmixing the embellishing with this one.
What are you creating at the moment?

Thank you, Jo for the comments on my block. I am stepping out of my comfort zone, again, and I really appreciate the feedback because of that. Happy stitching! debby
