What type of textile arts are you interested in?
bead embroidery, crochet, embroidered and beaded needlefelting, quilting/crazy, etc., mixed media/fiberart, surface design
What's your favorite type of needlework?
As a child/adolescent my mother, aunts and grandmother taught me basic knitting, embroidery and liquid embroidery. In school I learned how to sew. Now whatever I'm interested in I just dive in and figure it out.
I also have a BA in fine arts.
Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.
I work with alot of mixed media--drawing, painting, collage, beaded jewelry, etc--but stitching and beading take center stage.

Hi Jeanne Marie, I am so glad you got the package. And I hope you are feeling better soon. Wallpaper is not done yet. But I only want to sew.  To much wallpaper to do it is going to take  forever. I hope you have fun with the stuff I sent. The  stuff you sent  is sitting next to my stitching chair and I look there first for any embellishment I need. Thank you again sweet lady. I hope you are feeling better soon. Hugs and Happy smiles Elaine

Hi Jeanne Marie,  Just a note to see how you are feeling. I hope you are starting to feel better. Things here are up in the air with trying to paint and all. There is furniture where there shouldn't be. But it will be nice when I am finally done. Can't sew when your doing this.but, today I am going to sew instead. I need a break from tearing down wallpaper. I hope you are feeling better soon. Hugs Your Stitchin Buddy Elaine

Hi Jeanne Marie, I will be sending you a package tomorrow. I made something special for you. That's why it is taking me so long. I can't believe how it goes with the recent tree you did.  When I seen your tree and read the comments I was so surprised by what i had made for you. I hope you like it. Hugs Your stitching buddy Elaine

Jeanne Marie I received your package today, I am excited inspired and overwhelmed by your thoughtful gift. Everything that you have sent is just beautiful. And the manner the gift came in was so beautiful with everything in these pretty little bags, and wrapped with ribbon. No one has ever been so kind to me before. I thank you from the bottom of my heart you are one sweet lady. Thank you my stitchin buddy. Hugs. I have not had time to listen to the cd or have the tea but I will after I complete dinner. Hugs Elaine
