Thank you for for leading the group, Lisa. I am very glad it can go on.
I put my crested chain stitch in the Group pool. it was nice to stitch.
I did an attempt, no great success. I put the pic in my album, but no link to it because it is not so good, even with a milliner 's needle .I think I will not stitch it very often!

I tried some motifs with the Buttonhole Whell stitch. I like it, because you can play with it.
This idea of a butterfly comes from Carole Samples , in a leaflet about sheaf stitch.

- What aspect of textiles are you interested in?
- I am interested in Crazy quilting, sane quilting, handembroidery , history of textiles from the whole word , ancient techniques of stitching .
- Where did you learn your textle skills?
- I am from the Frenchspeaking part of Switzerland. I learned stitching at school and with an old lady. Later I learned it from books and from the Web, and from quilting groups.
