Pulled thread work and drawn thread work

For all who do pulled thread or drawn thread work or who want to learn. Pulled thread collects fabric threads into clumps, drawn thread removes some threads.

Surface embroidery, drawn thread, white work, jacobean, and just about all form of embridery
Where did you learn your textile skills?
Self-taught with the aid of books
Is there anything else you'd like other members of Stitchin' Fingers to know about you? Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.
There are hardly any people here interested in embroidery, and we have no needlework or quilting shops. I need the comraderie and inspiration of others.
