Where did you learn your textile skills?
Apprenticed as dressmaker during my teens,and when I retired I took a basic quilting class. Sine then have and have taken classes and tried out different techniques . Mostly self taught re embroidery but have just taken a class with Sharon B and really enjoyed it.

I have been retired for several --years and will have a really really big birthday this year have 2 grown up kids and 4 grand's two girls and two boys 16,15, 13& 9--Married to Tom who also has 1 daughter and 3 older grands--Blaze my Blue Roan Cocker Spaniel is my constant companion we both enjoy gardening--and walks are fun and good for you..
Thanks for your nice comment on my sampler for week 5. I'm still working on my sampler for week 6 (Nefertiti). You know there's a thread for us in the Handembroidery group? Faith started it. Hope to 'see' you there.
