"I use hydrogen peroxide straight out go the bottle for small areas, and oxyclean for larger areas. I have never tried Borax because it's a pretty nasty chemical and I have concerns about breathing it. Donna"

"I use mild laundry (Borax, it is powder) soap, depending on the size of the item but since you are putting them on crazy quilts I am guessing they are small pieces, I soak them in that and then rinse them with warm water and lay them flat on a table…"

How to clean doilies and lace before adding to crazy quilts

I have been collecting things for my crazy quilt but some of it looks a little dingy. I was wondering if anybody has any tricks for cleaning . I know that bleach is a no no.See More
