Connie Kusevskis said… Hi Grethe. I was in Denmark last April, and did find a small stitching store in Aarhus after going on the internet. We drove up from Horsens to visit the store, but they didn't have what I wanted, but they were very willing to order it for me, I ordered 6 Permin of Copenhagen Hardanger kits and they shipped them to Horsens before we went back to the USA, and they said I can order anything I want from them and they will send it to my sister in law and she can send it over to me. Permin has some of the most beautiful Hardanger patterns. But I can actually get everything else right here, it wasn't like that at all when I moved here 37 years ago, then I couldn't get anything, my mother used to send me everything. Connie

It is nice to see that some Danes still do hand work, I have had a hard time finding stitching stores over there any more. I do some cross stitch but mostly Hardanger. Welcome to SF. Connie
