Do you know Casalguidi embroidery ?

I discovered a few days. And ... I love. It's a old italian speciality.The principle is to make raised embroidery onto pulled thread work.Initially, the objective was to look like marble statues, using white onto white. But there are some modern patterns that are very different.Have you already made some embroidery with this technic ?G.See More

What textiles are you interested in?
I love the hand embroidery, especially freestyle, counted work and the 3D embroidery (stumpwork, brazilian, ...).
Where did you learn your textile skills?
First, with my grand-mother when I was 10.
Now, I learn by reading books.

I'm french, read correctly english, but don't speak or write it very well. I'm here to learn embroidery and language ;)
