Elaine Wilding said… Hi Margaret, Thank you for you encouraging words. Ribbon embroidery is very simple. It only uses very basic embroidery stitches. It is just the thread that you change. I use a lot of the 4mm silk ribbon when I stitch with it, It can be expensive but I bought mine at Amazon 20 colors 10 meters each spool for $42.99 on Amazon. The threads do come from the UK so you maybe able to find them cheaper then this. I just wanted to pass on this little bit of information about ribbon embroidery. Happy Stitching Hugs Elaine
