As a child from my mother and school but all the creative stuff I learned in Canberra Australia

Yes Doreen this flu has flat kicked me down!!! Going on 4 weeks Thursday. Have not been sick in 5 years always get the flu shot but it caught me before I had time to get the shot!!!

Wow, that was fast ! glad you liked it. Now I need to get going on 23 fiber cards for another swap that I signed up for, it is due end of October, and with working Tuesday/Friday that limits my time to play. I love the pictures of your crazy quilts, that's one of the promises I made to myself : when I retire next year I'll make one, even if it's just 12x12 inches ! I've been collecting bits and pieces of unusual fabrics with just that in mind. One of the ladies at the local Goodwill store knows what I'm looking for and "saves" some really nice items for me to look at, since I check in there every other week or so !

Thanks Doreen,I really didn't want to join anymore groups,I thought this one would be sufficient,especially for those of us whose computer skills are not so good.I thought it would be fun to get given themes and challenges as a group ,rather than just do one to one,but thats just me,well and my sister she's pulled out too. I was going to contact you to wish you Happy Birthday for Sunday,it's my birthday next week -61- still feel like twenty !! have a good weekend.Judith.
