I'm lovin all the themes also! And love the excitement generated in the group too! The smaller size is a good idea (4x8 or 5x8). I don't want to sacrifice any of the surface for binding and I think rings or tabs on the left side would be a good id...
OH! Making a Mosiac wall-hanging would be so much fun!!!!! My mind is swimming with ideas! I think that is exactly what I'm going to do.

I'll wait for a few more comments from others before I vote on a size. But maybe a 6 inch side with the arch about 8 inches wide and 12 inches high???? How does that sound?

- What aspect of textiles are you interested in?
- I'm interested in being involved with a group of women doing handwork stitching on textiles. I love fibers, fabric, lace, beads, buttons, and anything else I can tack down with needle and thread.
- Where did you learn your textle skills?
- From my grandmother who raised me. She taught me from a very young age to:

- I'm a mixed-media artist and teacher whose first love is textiles and there are always bits of textile art in any of my art pieces. I'm looking for a group who enjoys doing hand stitching so I can learn and re-learn many techniques.
