I'm interested in Quilts. I started quilt making about 10 years ago. At the beginning I made mainly traditionell quilts. Now I work more "modern". Especially I like to play around with possibilities to change the surface of fabrics. Here my passion for stitching began. I like to embroider fabric by hand and also by machine.
Where did you learn your textile skills?
I took part in several workshops/lessons. Cherilyn Martin, Elsbeth Nusser-Lampe, Esther Bornemisza, Els van Baarle are the teachers I admire very much. Last year I took my first on-line lessons in free stitching with Anne Lange (Germany)
Is there anything else you'd like other members of Stitchin' Fingers to know about you? Please feel free to tell us a little bit about yourself by way of introduction.
I'm sorry, my English is far away from beeing perfect. I.m looking forward contacting others, learn from them and share my works with them.
