"Milliner needles are also used in surface embroidery for making bouillon (sp) knots! I believe also in Brazillian embroidery. I'm not sure if the make them large enouhg for #5 perle."

What textiles are you interested in?
Surface embroidery, quilting, and all types of needlework. I also knit, crochet and tat.
Where did you learn your textile skills?
From Mother, grandmother, Susan Greening Davis and on my own.
