- What textiles are you interested in?
- I love all hand made fabrics and wear only natural cottons or silks! We have a huge range of natural fabrics in India, so it is not difficult to do!!!
I have always been interested in all forms of needle work like embroidery of various types, patch work and crochet.
- Where did you learn your textile skills?
- No formal training...just a keen interest since I was a child. Did a 3 year course on tailoring and stitching which was very useful when my kids were growing up!
- Let us know you are not a spammer. Is there anything else you want to say to introduce yourself to the group?
- I am a mother of 4 grown up daughters and have recently become a grandmother. I find being able to connect with like minded people on the net fascinating. I started water colour painting a couple of years ago, and joined a form for artists called Wet Canvas. I have gained and hopefully also contributed to so much learning and camaraderie...I hope to do the same here.

Hi Brinda! Thanks for the invitation.
Just to let you know, Kim's block is going in the mail today. I haven't finished adding the extra backing material to my replacement block, but it should be done in the next couple days and then mailed to you. Sure hope these both find their way. Fingers crossed.
