Hi Bob, thank you for visiting my blog and your kind comment. I feel that the quality of my stitching has improved greatly since I began Japanese Embroidery. This is in part because of the new techniques I have learnt but also down to the great advice I get from my tutors and fellow students. Early on someone advised me to ensure that the needle is always verticle while stitching, and this one tip made an enormous difference to me.
