Profile Information

What textiles are you interested in?
Just a baby in this really. Tatting, cross stitch, embroidery, I love all of it and would like to improve my skills in many. I am drawn to freehand embroidery and needlelace.
Where did you learn your textile skills?
Mostly self taught. Grandmother taught some crochet and needlepoint.
Let us know you are not a spammer. Is there anything else you want to say to introduce yourself to the group?
I am sooo excited to have found this site!! I have been experimenting with needlelace and would like to actually create instead of practice on something. I was diagnosed with a Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (PTCL-NOS) in April this year and have found myself with alot of "sittin" time so I've pulled out my threads!
